During the nineties, Andy Williams owned and operated Jacksonville Yacht Basin at our present location. In 2000 Ron Foster of the Stellar Group commenced a total renovation including new dry storage facility, new docks, retail space and everything needed to proudly rename the now world class Marina to Palm Cove Marina. The mid 2000’s it seemed as if all Florida Marinas were destined to become beautiful waterfront condominiums featuring a boating lifestyle. Palm Cove Marina began to sell units in the much desired, soon to be built on site, Grand Harbour Condominiums. Luckily the project did not break ground and become one of the many financially challenged developments of that era. By 2006 the present ownership group had taken control. With residential development on hold we are committed to operate and upgrade Palm Cove Marina as the area’s finest Marina. Among the many accolades received and accomplishments, Palm Cove Marina was the second marina in Jacksonville to receive the Clean Marina certification.
